Adam has been working with clients for over 16 years. He started his career doing massage therapy in 2004. He then furthered his education by attending Carroll University and received his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and minors in psychology and sports nutrition. He then expanded his knowledge of the human frame by focusing on corrective exercise therapy, muscular inhibition techniques, and neurological stretching.
